Livin the Dream Retreat in Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee / Orlando Florida is the perfect location for your affordable family vacation!!! We are located just 10 minutes from Disney World, yet this beautiful resort style gated community is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

Livin The Dream Retreat is a beautiful 1300 sq ft fully air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse that has all the necessities of home but with all the luxurious amenities of a first class resort.

The home has free Wi-Fi throughout so bring your laptop! There are also 4 Flat Screen LCD HDTVs ( 37” and 26” x 3) all with DVD players and a Nintendo Wii console & games.

What makes our 3 bedroom townhouse unique is that it has a private screened in patio area with heated private Spa / Hot Tub !! Our South facing patio area offers lake views of the resort’s beautiful 3 acre spring-fed fishing lake and you will appreciate that the home is just 50 ft from the 6000 sq ft Clubhouse.

Everytime we stay in our Florida vacation home we feel we are truly “Livin the Dream”. We want to share our home with you at an affordable rate so that you and your family can dedicate the majority of your vacation budget to your Disney experience.

There is so much to do and see in Kissimmee / Orlando that you will need to visit again and again. Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy our home and all the amenities it has to offer so you will come back and stay in our home year after year!

Are you looking for a top-class Florida villa for your dream vacation?

Terra Verde is a stunning resort style gated community built around a 3 acre lake, surrounded by lush tropical landscape close to restaurants, shopping and all major attractions.

As a guest at the resort you will have free use of the Clubhouse & resort facilities. Relax on the sundeck by the zero entry pool and spa and be sure to order a refreshment or snack from the poolside Tiki Bar. Don’t forget to book yourself a massage or other beauty therapy session at Select Massage which is located right in the clubhouse.

There is a ½ basketball court, beach volleyball court as well as a children’s shaded play area with swings, slides and climbing rock. The Clubhouse & pool area also offer free Wi-Fi, Big Screen Satellite TV Lounge, Arcade/Games Room, Fitness Centre, Sauna, Business Centre as well as ATM and DVD Rental machine.
